HEADING HOME AGAIN

Well, our time here is up and we’ll be heading home tomorrow morning.  We filled the last few weeks up with as many activities and visits that we could plus all the last minute shopping.  We’ve had our fill of “city” life now and will be glad to get home to a quieter, more rural lifestyle.  It will be an adjustment from the warm sunny weather here to cool and clouds but hopefully, spring will be arriving soon.

This a tree that we view from one of our back windows

Our route home will be north through Flagstaff, Page and north of the Grand Canyon, then east of Zion National Park along highway 89 and then to I-15.  We’ll go up through Salt Lake City to Missoula, Montana and then west to Spokane and to home.  It should take us 3 days to get there and the weather forecast looks good.

Next post should be from home.

Living Large Defined

After retiring from the BC Forest Service, selling their home in Kamloops and living at "no fixed address" for 10 months, Linda and Stuart bought a house in Grand Forks. They are now embracing life in this small community as well as Snowbirding south for the winter and are living "larger" than their dreams. This is Linda's blog of their adventures.
